Valeria graduated from the Faculty of International Journalism at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with a specialisation in Sociology.

During her studies she worked at DOM. RF Bank, where she conducted customer experience research and developed and implemented projects to improve service quality. Valeria is fluent in English and German and holds the Deutsches Sprachdiplom II international certificate.

Upon joining the Sol Partners team Valeria Kirilina has been developing and implementing executive search strategies across various sectors, including banking and finance, metallurgy, telecommunications, information technology, retail, real estate development and logistics. Her portfolio includes successfully completed projects for leading Russian and international companies.
