In 2011 she graduated from Moscow State Open University with a specialisation in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication.
Svetlana also holds a second degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU, HSE), specialising in Economics and Enterprise Management.
In 2013 Svetlana Vladimirova assumed the position of Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Sol Partners, a company specialising in executive search, the formation of sustainable management teams and labour market research.
Her responsibilities include managing the company’s operational activities, ensuring process efficiency and effectiveness, as well as financial planning and monitoring financial performance.
Under Svetlana Vladimirova’s leadership, a long-term development strategy and its implementation roadmap were developed and approved at Sol Partners. Her responsibilities also include working with key clients and partners, team management and ensuring the professional development and growth of employees.
