In 2018 she graduated from Mogilev State A.A. Kuleshov University with a specialisation in Romano-Germanic Philology, gaining in-depth knowledge in languages, literature and intercultural communication.
She has a full professional command of English.
In August 2018 Olga began her professional career at Sol Partners as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Owing to her competence and responsibility, she rapidly advanced in her career: she worked as a Consultant, Senior Consultant and in 2023 became a Partner.
Over the years at Sol Partners, Olga has participated in more than 150 successful projects across industries including real estate development, telecommunications, mining, retail, oil and gas and banking. Her expertise has enabled the execution of complex tasks in executive search and strategic consulting.
In addition to project work Olga conducts market research on salaries and compensation packages, contributing to the development of competitive solutions for clients. She is also involved in forming succession pools for leading Russian companies, helping to build sustainable management teams.
