Olga graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a specialisation in Translation and Translation Studies. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Olga Kulikova has been working at Sol Partners since 2022. Currently holding the position of Senior Analyst, she leads executive search projects and works with the company’s key partners in Russia, CIS countries and Asia. Her areas of expertise include developing search strategies for management team members and conducting in-depth analysis of the Russian and global labour markets.

Olga successfully delivers projects for banks and financial institutions, diversified holdings, retail and real estate development companies.
