Ivan Shugaev

Ivan graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Moscow State Pedagogical University (MSPU). He is fluent in English and Spanish.
In 2021 Ivan joined the Sol Partners team as a Business Development Expert. He subsequently chose to pursue a career in Executive Search and, over four years, progressed to the position of Senior Analyst, becoming a key contributor to executive search projects.
