Grigory graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University with a specialisation in Translation and Translation Studies. He is fluent in English, French and Korean.

Since 2023 Grigory has worked at Sol Partners as a Senior Analyst specialising in executive search (CEO, CEO — 1, CEO — 2). His responsibilities include developing search strategies, analysing the labour market, sourcing candidates in Russia and abroad and maintaining effective interaction with key Sol Partners clients.

His portfolio includes successfully completed projects for leading companies in the domestic IT sector and international innovative holdings. He has led executive search projects across Russia, the CIS, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
