Ekaterina graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics with a specialisation in Linguistics. She is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Ekaterina joined the Sol Partners team in 2022. Currently holding the position of Consultant, she is responsible for the full cycle of candidate search and selection across various sectors, including mining and metallurgy, banking and finance, telecommunications, construction, manufacturing, retail and information technology. Ekaterina provides clients of Sol Partners with comprehensive support at every stage of management team formation, developing effective executive search strategies.

In 2024 Ekaterina Naumova completed the B1 Business Academy course "Effective Project Communication".
