Dmitry Akhmechet graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a specialisation in Finance and Credit.
Since 2007 he has worked for various international companies specialising in executive search. In 2009 he assumed the position of Partner, overseeing relationships with diversified holding structures, business owners and operational managers.
In 2013 Dmitry Akhmechet founded Sol Partners, a company providing strategic solutions in executive search and management team formation across a wide range of sectors and industries – from metallurgy and manufacturing to banking, retail and telecommunications.
Sol Partners’ portfolio includes over 2,500 successfully completed projects for leading companies, both within the CIS and across the Middle East and the Persian Gulf, with experience in European, Chinese and Central Asian markets, as well as more than 150,000 professional contacts with senior executives. The company operates in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the UAE and Turkey.
