Artur graduated with honours from the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property with a specialisation in Law and is fluent in English.
Since 2023 Artur has been working at Sol Partners, where he holds the position of Senior Analyst specialising in executive search (CEO, CEO — 1, CEO — 2) and management team formation.
Artur Lazutin’s areas of expertise include working with key Sol Partners clients, developing search and selection strategies, conducting detailed analytics and research on the Russian and international labour markets.
His portfolio includes successfully completed projects (including international ones) for companies ranked among the top 10 Russian real estate developers, mining enterprises and organisations from other sectors. He has led and participated in projects to form management teams for companies operating in the CIS and Europe.
