Alexandra graduated with distinction from the Moscow State Linguistic University with a degree in Psychology: Psychological and Educational Foundations of Intercultural Communication. She is fluent in both English and German.
She joined Sol Partners as an Analyst in 2024 and was promoted to Senior Analyst within two years. During this time, she has contributed to more than 20 projects, including international executive search assignments across Africa, the UAE and Oman. In her work, she actively leverages advanced AI tools, enabling the efficient analysis of large volumes of data.
Alexandra specialises in building executive teams for major Russian and international companies. Drawing on her academic background, professional experience, and additional training in Psychological Counselling, with a focus on structuring effective advisory engagement, she takes a highly tailored approach to each client. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business area and corporate culture prior to commencing a search. Such an approach enables her to identify senior executives who are not only a strong fit in terms of competencies, but who also integrate seamlessly into existing teams and deliver sustained performance over the long term.
