Aleksey graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University with a specialisation in Psychology. He is fluent in English and French.
Since 2018 he has worked at Sol Partners, progressing from a Specialist in Executive Search (CEO, CEO — 1, CEO — 2) to a Senior Consultant in Management Team Formation. Aleksey’s areas of expertise include working with key partners of Sol Partners, developing search and selection strategies for candidates, conducting in-depth analytics and research on the Russian and international labour markets.
